What is your shipping policy?
All orders generally take 5-7 business days to ship. Keep in mind that all of the pieces featured on our site are hand made. All of our Items are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that online orders are NOT processed over weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has left our facility we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. We will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our main priority. If there is a sizing issue or you're not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you have 7 days from your delivery date to exchange or receive a store credit. The store credit amount will be your total, minus the shipping cost.
We currently do not offer refunds on any items.
Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

All returns will be refunded via store credit.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us via email at drapedcustoms@gmail.com if this issue occurs.
