1.Work on a client's garment does not begin until their deposit is received.

 

2. All orders require a non-refundable deposit of half the total amount and goes toward the remaining balance.

3. All orders must be placed at least four weeks prior to the scheduled due date. Inquiring is not equivocal to placing an order. An order has officially been placed once your deposit is received.

 

4. Please be advised that any short notice or rushed orders, will require a rush order fee of $100. Short notice is considered 14 days or less.

 

5. All remaining balances are due on the day of pick up.

 

6. Clients must attend a minimum of TWO fittings to ensure proper fitting of the garment, unless out of town.

• Please be advised that some pieces may require more than two fittings. 

• If alterations have to be made at the first fitting and the client is not able to return for a second fitting to ensure that no more changes need to be made, then we are not held liable if the garment does not fit to your liking.

• No refund will be granted in this scenario.

 

7. Only the client being serviced is allowed inside for fittings/consultations. Any additional guest(s) will be required to wait outside. 

 

8. We ask that if you are sick or not feeling 100% to please reschedule until you are back healthy. 

 

9. If you are in need of a drop-off, please consult with Danielle and she will provide you with more details.  

 

10. Please be advised that we DO NOT duplicate other designer's work. Meaning, that any garment we create will not be identical to any picture or sketch that you submit. We can create the garment with similar like qualities but once again, we will not duplicate another designer's work.

 

11. If the client is not satisfied with the garment for whatever reason, the client must return the garment within seven days, unworn and undamaged to receive a refund of their total amount paid, excluding the deposit amount and shipping fee.

If the garment is not received within seven days of the date received, then no refund will be granted.

 

12. By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of these policies.
